Ethula – An architectural and sustainable vision

Leave a mark on the Aveiro market. This is one of the aims of Ponto Urbano, which is now preparing to become part of the Foz de Prata allotment, with a commitment to the Ethula building. Foz de Prata is one of the most important allotments in the city and is designed to redevelop an important area of Aveiro.

Inspired by the Egretta thula, the Little Egret, the Ethula is one of the 11 projects that make up the allotment. Marked by its white tones and unique architecture, it offers 46 flats to the property market, with the options of one or two bedrooms.
The spacious and serene interiors are an invitation to comfort, complete with other amenities:

Markedly sustainable, Foz de Prata is one of the first allotments in Portugal to be LEED-ND certified, the world’s most prestigious in the field of sustainability. In addition to the large green areas, there will also be parks and gardens, a playground, terraces, a new riverside promenade, shops and services. Foz de Prata will be the ideal place to live and feel Aveiro.
