Pure Buildings: a Trilogy by Ponto Urbano

At Ponto Urbano we create architectural value by focusing on projects that respect their surroundings and at the same time are at the forefront of design, enriching cities where we grow new projects or rehabilitate existing ones.

A project that extends over three buildings, which present themselves as an excellent real estate investment, in the heart of the city of Aveiro.

Puro Homes

With a privileged view to the Fonte Nova lake, the Puro Homes building presents a modern design, with a black concrete structure and corten steel textures.

Pure Tower

With an irreverent façade, the Puro Tower stands out for its avant-garde architecture, characterised by the boldness of its materials.

The building combines class and comfort, with 50 flats of typologies T1 to T4, with areas between 52m² – 166m², distributed over 9 floors. Modernity and sophistication were the pillars of this building, located in the heart of Aveiro, allowing its residents to enjoy the vast green areas of the surroundings.
