Ethula – An architectural and sustainable vision

Inspired by the Egretta thula, the Little Egret, the Ethula is one of the 11 projects that make up the allotment. Marked by its white tones and unique architecture, it offers 46 flats to the property market, with the options of one or two bedrooms.

The spacious and serene interiors are an invitation to comfort, complete with other amenities:

  1. Fully-equipped kitchens

  2. Garden terraces

  3. Photovoltaic panels

  4. Private car and bicycle parking

The new Ethula building also has a view of the estuary and its privileged location allows its residents to be close to services and the main access routes to the city.

  1. A25 motorway (1 min)

  2. EB1 das Barrocas (2 mins)

  3. EB1 da Vera Cruz (3 mins)

  4. Supermarket (2 mins)

  5. Train station (5 min)

  6. Rossio and historic Beira Mar neighbourhood (5 min)

For Ponto Urbano, “Ethula is a safe bet in a new privileged location in the city”.

Markedly sustainable, Foz de Prata is one of the first allotments in Portugal to be LEED-ND certified, the world’s most prestigious in the field of sustainability. In addition to the large green areas, there will also be parks and gardens, a playground, terraces, a new riverside promenade, shops and services. Foz de Prata will be the ideal place to live and feel Aveiro.
